Total Body Tune Up

 

Purpose Of The Course:

  • Tone and shape entire body
  • Reduce body fat and increase percent of muscle
  • Build total body strength and stamina for other sports and injury prevention

Contents Of The Course:

  • Five to ten one hour course with a personal trainer
  • Nutrition guidelines to help stabilize blood sugar, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, and build a toned athletic body while reducing body fat
  • Functional lifting using one's own body and barbell workout for the entire body
  • Instruction in the use of barbells, dumbbells, and gym equipment to sculpt and strengthen each muscle group Killer abdominal routine
     

Totla Body TUne Up

The 11 totally-toned men and women pictured above completed the Total Body Tune Up atPowerSource and are living proof that if you set a goal and work for it you can achieve it! From left to right:


Barb Age 53. VP at a finance company, built definition and is totally toned, down to size 2, squats 155 lbs. and benches 65 lbs. and leg presses 230 lbs.

Ed Age 56. Business owner, strengthened back after surgery, lost 15 lbs. and 3 inches in waist, toned up.

Jane Age 55. Restaurant Owner/Operator, went from size 12 to size 4 and got totally toned, learned healthy eating.

Ed Age 47. Owner Noonan Construction, went for 38-inch waist to 33/34-inches, built strength and definition.

Skip Age 50. TAI CHI Instructor, went from 36-inch waist to 34-inches, eliminated chronic back pain, built fuller chest, shoulders & arms, increased energy.
