This is the motto of Judy Beyers, owner of PowerSource Inc. Judy is a prominent and respected entrepreneur and personal trainer providing fitness and wellness counseling to the "Who’s Who" in the metropolitan business, law, and political arena since 1978. She is highly skilled in communications, motivational and public speaking and club management. She creates innovative promotional and programmatic approaches to personal and professional power development and health and fitness service-line development.

Judy Beyers holds the North American Bodybuilding title and is currently the owner of PowerSource Inc., specializing in strength training, nutrition and programs in personal power development for individuals and corporations.
   
 
 

About Judy Beyers

Judy Beyers is an in-demand speaker and presenter at many exhibitions, workshops and seminars.

She presents to groups that number from 50 to 2000. She has taught courses for the Open U, TargetCorporation, appeared at the Midwest Fashion Expo as a featured speaker, and taught various courses for athletic clubs and institutions such as St. Catherine’s College, Dain Rauscher, Dolphin Staffing, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was recently featured in articles in Minnesota Business Journal, Edina Magazine, Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine, and Minnesota Monthly. Judy also appeared on Channel 9, Channel 11, and Channel 2 Television as a fitness expert. Radio appearances include WCCO Radio and 107.1 Radio.

As a personal trainer specializing in strength training for over 26 years she works with people who are looking for increased strength to deal with stress, gain confidence and power in their body language and presentation, and gain endurance and freedom from fatigue.

Judy feels the most exciting part of her work is "always that moment when a client discovers for the first time his or her personal strength." She has taught thousands of people to become stronger, reshape their bodies and rehab from injury with her simple nutritional and strength training program.
