For 26 years, the specialty of PowerSource Personal Training has been to create individualized training programs to help men, women, and families of all ages, build strength and independence, rehabilitate injuries, reverse the aging process, create muscle tone, lose weight, and enhance personal power.
The motto of the center is "You have the source, you have the power, make your dreams come true." Owner, Judy Beyers, says her goal is independence and real personal success for each client.
PowerSource is unique in that it trains clients to be independent and not rely on a trainer all the time. Clients can take as few as five or ten training sessions and not only see physical changes in five weeks but leave with a program they can do on their own at home or at a gym.
