Middle:

Maria and Melissa trained for Melissa's wedding. Maria lost 12 pounds and went from a size 10 to a 5. All three have more energy and confidence.

Left Front:
Kate (9), Margot (10), Anne (37), and Brad (43)

The family trained for family fitness and to learn proper form. All have lots more energy and tone.

Left Top:
Katie (17) and Jake (19)

Katie trains for injury prevention. She's down from a size 8 to a 4. Jake rehabbed a bad knee, built strength and lost 3" in his waist and increased his arms by 1.5".

Top Middle:
Lucy (49) and Randy (49)

Lucy has strengthened her neck and back, improved posture, toned her arms, and increased strength. Randy has built a bigger chest, arms, and shoulders. Both have learned to lift properly and eat healthfully.

Top Right:
Ted (13) and Robin (46)

Robin has strengthened, toned, and built great energy. Son Ted trains to put on weight and gain strength for baseball. He has gained 20 pounds of muscle.

Bottom right:
Kristina (14) and Kelsey (12)

Kristina has lost 15 pounds and dropped a size, built strength for hockey, lacrosse, and fast-pitch softball. Kelsey has lost weight and built strength for hockey and tennis. Kristina and Kelsey love bench press and squats the best.

Both have learned to lift properly, have more energy, tone, and strength. Kelsey is stronger in hockey and softball. They are more aware of good nutrition.

 


Mom and Daughter Team Up

Thirteen years ago, when she was 40, I trained Nancy, now 53, and her sister to shape up for a cruise they were going to take with their husbands. At that time, both Nancy and her sister dropped two sizes to a 4 and 6, got totally buff, and were able to wear bikinis on the cruise.

Now Nancy is back in training and has brought her daughter, Alicia, 22, a hockey player and student, to be her training partner and motivator.

Alicia had never been formally trained in free weights and sports nutrition. She loves the tone she gets from free weights, especially the legs from lunges and squats.

Nancy and Alicia love working out together. They keep each other focused. They motivate each other and eat healthy together. They say it a lot more fun working out as a team!

 


Family Fitness
Jacie, 45, is a wife and mother of two: daughter, Adair - 10, and son, Jack - 8. Jacie works full time as a client advisor for a wealth management firm.

Jacie came to PowerSource in July of 2008 to become healthy. She wanted more muscle tone and to have her clothing fit better. She also wanted a sound nutritional eating program.

Jacie has greatly increased her energy and has more even energy levels. She has dropped a whole pants size. She has her whole family eating healthy meals.

Jacie brought her daughter, Adair, to train for strength, injury prevention, and a competitive edge in her swimming competitions. Adair was a participant in the State Swimming Championship in 2007 and 2008.

Jacie and Adair do sit-ups together every night and eat their training diet together.
