Build Your Own Boot Camp

 

PowerSource's Build Your Own Boot Camp is a ten week boot camp built around your individual goals.  You choose what course to build into a boot camp.  You choose your workout partners.

 

Build Your Own Boot Camps can be one-on-one or groups of two to three.  You can be down a size-and-a-half or two sizes in five to ten weeks. To build your own boot camp:

  • Check out our classes and choose which one fits with your specific goal
  • Choose to train alone or find one or two workout partners to share your boot camp (or ask us to help you find partners for your boot camp)
  • Schedule a free meeting with our trainers to discuss your boot camp and schedule your sessions
  • Your boot camp will consist of 10 - 15 sessions which can be done two times a week for two weeks, three times a week for five weeks, or once a week for ten weeks
  • Cost of the boot camp is $65/session for individual, $45/session for two people or $35/session for three people
  • Your boot camp will begin whenever you and your training partners are ready to start!
